our style

I think we all have a little bit of childish curiosity in us. There’s always a rush and excitement to trying something new. At Stag Coffee, we love to indulge in this because we’re like that ourselves. We’re always looking for interesting and exciting items to feature. Our menu often changes by the week, depending on what cool ingredients we find.

That being said, we sure as hell don’t mess with the customer favourites, like the handmade gourmet burgers, fresh made coffee, tasty milkshakes, seductive chocolate fudge cake and oh-so-infamous staple, Stag breakfast.

We’re also suckers for a good story. Many of the items on the menu actually have a story behind them. Take a look at some of the items we feature here.

But enough of that, let’s get you looking at the menu.

BUNDABERG ROOT BEER AND GINGER BEER

Handcrafted by an Australian, family owned business and founded in 1960, we found this gem and fell in love with it! It sure is the real deal. Brewed for up to four days,  you can see the real ginger pieces forming a flavour-filled cloud.

THE EXOTIC, ANTIOXIDANT: MATCHA GREEN TEA

For all of you who do not know, matcha, let's introduce you the two of you. Matcha is a fine-ground, powdered high quality green tea that is 100% pure ground organic tea leaves. We warn you now that matcha definitely has a strong taste than your regular green tea. But with 70 times the antioxidants of orange juice and 9 times the beta carotene of spinach, it sure has its health perks.

We serve both matcha on its own or in a latte.
